Entrevista para Senior Recruiter

Entrevista
DO NOT interview with ProShares. It’s a colossal waste of time.
I had 2 behavioral interviews and 2 assessments (Wonderlic and personality). The 2 assessments took 1.5 hours, not counting prep time. I didn’t hear from ProShares for 11 days later after my 2nd interview. I reached out with multiple emails and a voicemail on Carla’s line to receive a response on my candidacy.
After multiple attempts to reach ProShares for my interview process, I submitted an unfavorable response to my interview experience via a random link provided - in the middle of my interview process. I didn’t receive any response from my interviews for 11 days, but only a few hours after I submitted my unfavorable feedback on their link, I was rejected with an automated email.
This was one of the worst interview experiences I’ve ever had in my career. I did several hours of prep for the interviews and the assessments, and the recruiting team didn’t update me until my response to the candidate experience. From my 9 years of experience interviewing for positions and interviewing candidates for jobs, ProShares was the worst candidate experience I’ve had.
My recommendations:
The Wonderlic and personality assessments shouldn’t be sent until the end of the interview process or before the final round interviews. It’s a waste of time for the company and for the candidates who don’t make it through to the final round or offer stage.
Every candidate should be updated within 5 business days after their interview, even if you don’t have a decision. We, candidates, have multiple interviews that we’re considering and we won’t be interested in ProShares if there is an 11-day delay in communication with ZERO contact.
Carla shouldn’t be a part of the interview process until she’s further trained. She was 5 minutes late to the interview, the interview lasted 17 minutes from her end, she didn’t have any questions prepared ahead of time, and all of her questions were yes or no questions + they were subjective.EntrevistaThe 2 interviews were behavioral and very easy. The questions were sporadic, subjective, and strictly related to my background.
